2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are processed via our official WhatsApp channel. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with pickup time, location, and the fixed fare.

3. Pricing and Payment

We operate on a fixed, transparent pricing model. The rate agreed during booking is final. No hidden fees or surge pricing will be applied. Payment details are finalized during booking.

4. Flight Tracking & Meet & Greet

For airport pickups we include complimentary flight tracking and a Meet & Greet service. We monitor your flight and adjust pickup time if the airline reports delays.

5. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

Customers must report accurate passenger counts and luggage details (including oversized items) at booking so we can dispatch an appropriate vehicle for safety and comfort.

6. Service Execution

We guarantee 100% private transfers. Vehicles are not shared and will drive directly to your destination without unauthorized stops. All vehicles are air-conditioned and safety-inspected.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

To modify or cancel a booking, notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be communicated at booking.

Safe Taxi prioritizes passenger safety. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by extreme weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.
